WEEK.eight

SPRING BREAK! NO CLASS!
have a safe and enjoyable week off!
• I’d been meaning to post this video a few weeks back, since it covers quite a few things we’ve discussed in class over the last few weeks. It’s a rare but classic TV short from 1986 on Australian 80′s experimental electronic music pioneers Severed Heads [Tom Ellard & Stephen Jones]. In this short Tom demonstrates how to make music from watermelons on a very early sampler, making tape loops and how to start a track with melted 12″.
